In 2020 we shared stories, we cried, we laughed we encouraged and we grew stronger as a community. Virtually we reached out to one another to come together to fight and defeat the unseen enemy. So in efforts to continue to reflect good into the world, we wanted to share a timeline of events for this past year in celebration of our 2nd BLOGIVERSARY!

Yéego means “with much effort” in the Navajo Language and could easily correlate with the English word, “strong”. Through this shared journey our hope is to inspire others to be strong, healthy and a Warrior in their daily lives! Yéego skoden! Yéego stoodis!
After running our first full marathon, we knew our fit goals did not stop there. The move to a new place was not our only move, we have a new training plan and we just finished Phase 1! Here we go!
